CLICK & COLLECT

 

We offer a free Click and Collect service for online orders. Select ‘Click and Collect’ at the checkout when confirming your order online and we will arrange for it to be ready for you to collect in-store the following business day. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready to collect.

Click and Collect orders will hold in-store for 30 days. If your order is not collected within this timeframe, it will be cancelled and refunded via your original payment method. Orders may be returned or exchanged within 14 days.

Our jewellery is made out of gold or silver plated on high-quality brass. Jewellery can experience damage/discolouration over time due to moisture, chemicals, chemical residue, and air exposure. 

 

 

HOW TO CLEAN

 

Gently wipe your jewellery with a non-abrasive cotton or microfiber cloth.

 

 

WHAT TO AVOID

 

  • We recommend keeping your jewellery away from water, sweat, perfume and cosmetics.

  • Store your jewellery in a cool and dry spot.

  • Remove your jewellery when showering, swimming, hand-washing and avoid activities that cause contact with moisture.

  • Avoid contact with other jewellery or hard surfaces including rubbing and scratching to prevent the plating from peeling off.

  • We do not take responsibility for gold or silver plating tears and discolouration.

  • If you purchase the item within 14 days with the faulty, please contact us immediately.

FOR HYGIENE REASONS, EARRINGS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED.

Most AURA jewellery is costume jewellery which has been plated with gold or silver. We recommend avoiding contact with any form of liquid to slow the tarnishing process.

How To Return My Items?

If you decide to return or exchange the item, it should be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt - Items received outside of this period will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are to be covered. Earrings are non-refundable or exchangeable for hygienic reasons unless faulty.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.
